I am a firm believer that gratitude is the secret to happiness. Life is full of joy and challenges. Finding things to be thankful for in every situation can set you free.
I started my journey with a gratitude journal and wrote down 5 things right before bed that I was thankful for throughout the day. This became extremely important for me throughout my mom’s illness and after her passing. I find now that I can be thankful for things in good times and bad. It helps me to have a new perspective on every challenge.
